Graduation Party Printables

19 May

I just handed off my latest delivery of First Holy Communion favors – yay! 🙂 – so now it’s back to graduation mode…and since I’ll have graduation on the brain for the next little while, with plenty of orders plus family graduating high school and elementary school, I thought it might be fun to get into the mindset by sharing a printable.

Be it preschool, kindergarten, high school, college, or what have you, a little graduation decor fun is sure to make your festivities even more fun!

So, for those of you that are planning such a get together, I’ve made things a little easier for you. 🙂 I’ve put together a set that includes a Graduate banner, mini candy bar wrappers and squares that can punched out to use as cupcake toppers, favor tags, or anything else you can think of!

You can get the printables here:

If you use them, I’d love to hear about it and it would be awesome if you shared pictures of your celebration!

Enjoy the Party!

God Bless Aine – Girl’s First Holy Communion

16 May

Wowsers…I am just about First Holy Communioned out!!

Today I finished a very girlie pink First Communion order for a special young lady…

I think I’ve mentioned before that banners are soooo time consuming for me…I obsess over every detail, trying to make sure everything is just perfect…

The cutting, the layering, the gluing, adding the rhinestones, tying to ribbons…it seems to take forever, but in the end when I stand back and look at it, it is so worth the effort! 🙂 My pictures don’t always do them justice…might be time to invest in a better camera!

To coordinate with the banner, I was also asked to make cupcake toppers and favor tags…

And another order ready to be delivered…Here’s hoping a wonderful celebration for Aine!

Now, only 100 miniature candy bars and more cupcake toppers to go before I’m back to graduation work! 🙂

Enjoy the Party!

Party Crashing – Tealight Candle Cakes

15 May

I found the cutest idea for fancifying battery operated tealight candles over at The Hybrid Chick blog:

I could totally see these being placed here and there on a party buffet table! And they could be coordinated to match with just about any theme!

Decorating the candle itself seems to be quite easy. With a couple of May birthdays coming up for my children, I’m thinking about making some up to surprise them when I wake them up on their birthday mornings…they could bring them to school for a little celebrating throughout the day! 🙂

This is only one of the great ideas you can find over at The Hybrid Chick. According to their site, they are a “team of hybrid artists from The Digichick Boutique, here to share with you our love of papercrafting.”

Go ahead over and check them out! You’re sure to get your creative juices flowing!

Enjoy the Party!
